Best Construction Co., Ltd. (formerly known as "Jiangxi Best Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.") was established in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province on April 8, 2010. The headquarters building is registered in plot 53, 100 billion construction technology industrial park, 398 Hezhou Road, Nanchang County.
The company now has three first-level qualifications for general contracting: municipal public works construction general contracting, construction engineering construction general contracting, and mechanical and electrical engineering construction general contracting; three second-level general contracting: highway engineering construction general contracting, water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction general contracting, Power engineering general contracting; 5 professional contracting first-level: professional contracting of building decoration engineering, professional contracting of environmental protection engineering, professional contracting of urban and road lighting engineering, professional contracting of fire protection facilities engineering, professional contracting of foundation engineering; 6 professional contracting levels: professional contracting of electronic and intelligent engineering, professional contracting of waterproof, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation engineering, professional contracting of building curtain wall engineering, professional contracting of steel structure engineering, professional contracting of building mechanical and electrical installation engineering, professional contracting of ancient building engineering; as well as geological disaster prevention and control unit construction grade B, installation (repair, test) power facilities license grade 4, subgrade and pavement maintenance grade B, construction labor regardless of grade, information and communication network system integration enterprise service capacity grade C and other qualifications.
The company has its own office area of more than 10,000 square meters, with a registered capital of 101.68 million yuan, fixed assets of 3.22 million yuan and total assets of 488.63 million yuan. There are nearly 230 engineering and technical personnel, 26 senior engineers (including 2 senior titles), 63 intermediate engineers, 60 assistant engineers, 26 first-class constructors and 37 second-class constructors.
The company's business covers all regions in Jiangxi Province, and also extends to Tibet, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Shandong, Qinghai, Hubei, Hebei, Chongqing, Sichuan, Anhui, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Fujian, Tianjin and other places. The office has established branches or offices, and has achieved good performance and praise from all walks of life. The company has more than 100 annual construction projects, the supervision rate and contract performance rate of construction projects are 100, and the qualified rate of completion acceptance quality is 100; and with China Construction First Bureau, China Construction Second Bureau, China Construction Third Bureau, China Construction Fifth Bureau, China Construction Communications Group, China Railway 16th Bureau, China Railway Construction Engineering, China Railway Tunnel, China Tower, China Mobile, Vanke Group, Hailiang Real Estate, Zhengrong Development, Greenland Shen'an Real Estate and other units have established good strategic cooperative relations.
Over the years, the company has won a number of municipal excellent projects, safe production civilization model projects, advanced construction enterprises and other honorary titles in the construction projects undertaken inside and outside the province, and has been rated as a civilized unit of the construction system in Xiamen, Fujian Province. and honorably elected as the vice president unit of Nanchang Construction Industry Association. In 2016 and 2017, he participated in the compilation of the national standards "GBT 38319-2019 Technical Requirements for Intelligent Hardware Application of Digital Technology in Buildings and Residential Areas" and "GBT 39583-2020 Technical Requirements for Intelligent Energy Saving Renovation of Existing Buildings", and obtained 18 patented technologies such as "Design Evaluation System for Green Renovation Scheme of Large Buildings", "Electrical Design Fire Protection System for Intelligent Buildings" and "Environmental Quality Monitoring System.
