However, we must also see that there are still three problems in the province's construction and urban operation safety production work, such as insufficient safety development awareness, insufficient safety supervision, and insufficient implementation of corporate responsibilities. At the same time, affected by the epidemic, this year is facing many new situations and challenges, and the situation of production safety is more severe and complex than in previous years. He demanded that all member units should keep a clear head, be highly vigilant, and be more vigilant, not only solve old problems, but also solve new problems, and do a good job in their work without loosening their responsibilities, wrists, and efforts.
In order to do a good job in the safety production work in the field of construction and urban operation in the whole province this year, Wu Hao demanded that we should adhere to both the symptoms and the root causes, and weave a "safety net" for construction and urban operation ". To implement the "one action", that is, to start with the state's three-year special rectification of production safety, and in accordance with the requirements of the national "29" plan and the "21 11" plan of our province, we should do a good job in the implementation of the "three-year action" in the spirit of nailing down; to achieve the "two goals"-"one to put an end to, two to decline", and resolutely put an end to major accidents, to achieve a reduction in the number of safety accidents and deaths in construction and urban operation production; to grasp the "three keys", safety production prevention should be strict and strict, safety hazard investigation should be detailed and detailed, and safety problem rectification should be practical and practical.
Wu Hao emphasized that it is necessary to tighten the responsibility of compaction, build a "firewall" for construction and urban operation, fully implement the "three responsibilities" system for safe production, and strictly implement local territorial management responsibilities, departmental supervision responsibilities, and corporate main responsibilities. Finally, Wu Hao also put forward relevant requirements for information release and public opinion response after the accident in combination with recent safety accident cases inside and outside the province.
At the meeting, Lu Tianxi reported on the work of construction and urban operation safety in the province, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Transportation, the member units of the Provincial Construction Safety Professional Committee, the Provincial Communications Administration, and the Provincial Public Security Department. The Traffic Management Bureau of the Provincial Public Security Department reported the relevant work respectively, and other member units reported the relevant work in writing.
